How we help

Your needs, clearly understood.
Your project, carefully coordinated.

Support for businesses without their own packaging design team, China purchasing office or inspection staff.

01 / Design

1–3 complimentary
packaging concepts.

We develop initial concepts around your product, brand and sales channels, helping you present your product clearly and highlight its selling points.

We then coordinate the approved design direction, artwork requirements and samples with manufacturers. Concept scope, revisions and final production files are agreed for each project.

02 / Sourcing & communication

The right questions.
A clearer supplier brief.

01

Find the right source

China offers enormous choice. We help identify suppliers suited to your product, quality expectations, budget and volume.

02

Make your requirements understood

We translate your needs into clear specifications, artwork requirements and approval criteria for manufacturers.

03

Keep samples and shipments aligned

Approved samples and agreed specifications guide production follow-up and pre-shipment inspections.

04

Navigate international purchasing

We coordinate the details across sampling, production, logistics and U.S. import arrangements.

05

Make the order economics work

We assess supplier minimums, order options and suitable freight consolidation to help determine whether importing makes sense.

03 / Market & technical requirements

U.S. market knowledge.
Actionable specifications.

We understand retail and e-commerce packaging needs and help communicate applicable food-contact material requirements, safety certification and testing needs, and industry specifications to manufacturers.

Requirements come before production

We help identify the documents and testing to discuss for your product and intended use. Applicable requirements and supplier evidence are reviewed within the agreed project scope.

Product inspections and laboratory testing serve different purposes. Required tests and certifications must be confirmed for the specific product and application.

04 / Quality inspection

Check the shipment
against what you approved.

Our professional inspection team in China checks products against agreed specifications and approved samples, using applicable AQL sampling plans and acceptance criteria.

Inspection scope can cover the agreed appearance, dimensions, workmanship, packaging, labeling and other project-specific checks.

Sampling inspections support acceptance decisions; they do not constitute inspection of every unit or replace required laboratory testing.

05 / Shipping & import coordination

Connect production
with U.S. delivery.

We coordinate shipping documents, freight arrangements and customs clearance with suppliers, logistics providers and customs brokers, drawing on experience with Chinese export and U.S. import procedures.

Suitable consolidation and shipping options are evaluated against your volume, timing and overall landed cost. Responsibilities and included services are confirmed in your quotation.

Questions before you start?

Can you help if I do not have a design?

Yes. We offer 1–3 complimentary initial packaging concepts based on your brief. We agree on design scope and next steps for your project.

Can I order a small quantity?

Tell us your estimated quantity. We assess suitable supplier options and freight costs; minimums depend on the material, structure and production process.

Is sourcing from China always the lowest-cost option?

No. Setup, freight and import costs can outweigh savings on small orders. We help evaluate whether a proposed sourcing approach makes commercial sense.

How long will my order take?

Timing depends on design, sample approvals, manufacturing and freight. Your project timeline is discussed before confirmation.
